Ray Omondi, Kitenge In Leopards’ Starting Lineup To Face Stima

Ray Omondi and Alexis Kitenge have been included in AFC Leopards’ starting lineup to face Western Stima on Wednesday August 2, 2017 at the Moi Stadium from 15:00.

The reverse fixture comes barely a week after Leopards fell to a frustrating 1-0 defeat to the same team in what was their 8th loss of the season.

Leopards coach Robert Matano has however decided to make only one change in the starting lineup that lost, with Ray Omondi replacing Whyvonne Issuza after he impressed in the last fifteen minutes of Saturday’s game as a substitute.

Gabriel Andika retains his place in goal and will be concealed in defense by Dennis Sikhayi, Joshua Mawira, Abdalla Salim and Musa Mudde. Duncan Otieno who is the captain will pair up in midfield with Victor Majid and Aziz Okaka. Vincent Oburu and Alexis Kitenge will lead the team’s hunt for goals.

Starting XI: Gabriel Andika (GK), Dennis Sikhayi, Joshua Mawira, Abdalla Salim, Musa Mudde, Victor Majid, Duncan Otieno, Aziz Okaka, Ray Omondi, Oburu Vincent, Kitenge Alexis
Reserves: Ian Otieno (GK), Rama Yakubu, Ingotsi Marcellus, Ndung’u Samuel, Kibwage Michael, Nyakha Harun, Wanami Lewis
