Resolution Impala Saracens have named their matchday squad that will tackle newly promoted Resolution Kisii RFC in the `Sponsors’ derby’ scheduled for Saturday January 13, 2018 at the Impala Club.

For their fifth game of the season, Impala make one change in front row, with Anthony Orege replacing Kelvins Karani who finds a place in the bench. Orege will partner with James Kubasu and Daniel Ndome.

The second row sees a preserve of the partnership between Davis Makori and Rainer Omondi while the trio of Tyson Okoth, Paul Mutsami and Duncan Ekasi man the backrow. This (backrow) is a complete overhaul of the last fixture where Elvis Oroko, Harritone Munai and Steve Shammah were in action.

Nato Simiyu meanwhile makes his first appearance in the competition since Kenya Simbas’ Four Nations Campaign in Hong Kong and will occupy the fly-half position as Samson Onsomu plays as the scrum -half.

Ishmael Mokaya replaces Samule Motari who is unavailable and will partner with Billy Omondi at the inside centre while an unchanged back three of Derrick Mayar, Timothy Makaya and Vincent Mose also get the nod.

Impala have only lost once in their last four matches but find themselves fifth on the table standings behind KCB, Homeboyz, Kabras Sugar and Kenya Harlequins. All the top four sides are still unbeaten.
