ARS Volleyball: Malava, Lugulu into Semis

Malava Boys are in the semifinals of the ongoing  National Secondary School Ball Games with a 100% win record after overcoming Hospital Hill by three sets to one in their last Group match on Thursday 6th June.

They will now face Cheptil in the semis, who lost 3-2 to Sengera on Thursday. Kangundo and Sengera, who were both winners on the same day will face off in the other semifinal.

In the girl’s category, Lugulu beat Makaror 3-0 ( 25-2, 25-11, 25-3) while Kwanthanze ended the Group stage perfectly with a 3-0 win over Sega. St. Johns and Cheptil were also winners, beating Passenga and Soweto respetively. On Friday, the semifinals will see Cheptil face Lugulu while Kwanthanze clash with Soweto.
